I had a dream I arrived at the airport of Zurich with some friends We all had hand luggage only but when we arrived the luggage had to go through a scanner and the scanner had loops that would enlarge anything that was written on packages in much detail so it took very long for the hand luggage to be given back. Mine was the last one and to my surprise there were 3 big glass jars in my hand luggage with sort of large fresh tomatoes that were peeled and the pits were removed , they could have also been red paprikas but very soft and large I thought it was strange that this was allowed in hand luggage. I had a connecting flight to Brussels but when I looked at the information board that flight was going to leave in 10 minutes at gate number 2 and that would have been almost impossible to reach one of my friends Katya seemed to be working there and said she would take me with her car instead of the speed train but once in the garage she couldn’t find her car . I decided that I would not be able to make it and went into the shopping area then 3 flight attendants came to me urging me to get to another flight to Brussels I went with them and they said I was lucky as there were still 3 seats available I was grateful and said thanks for getting me another flight as it was not my fault that I had to miss the previous one as the luggage took way to long but they said I still had to pay for a new ticket I asked for the price and they said it was 140.000€ I said that’s the price of a house ! I started crying and said I’ll look into taking the Flixbus and then they started talking about it to each other I also thought I should check for a flight to Porto instead
Dreams often reflect our subconscious thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and they can be highly personal. Here are some possible interpretations of the elements in your dream:
Travel and Connection: Your dream starts in an airport, a place of transition and travel. This may indicate a journey in your waking life, whether literal (such as moving or traveling) or metaphorical (such as undergoing personal or professional change). The connection to Brussels might signify a desire to reach a goal or destination that feels significant to you.
Delay and Frustration: The long wait for your luggage suggests feelings of being held back or delayed in some aspect of your life. The unusual items in your luggage (the jars of tomatoes or red peppers) could represent parts of yourself or experiences you carry with you but find are scrutinized or judged by others.
Support from Others: Having friends around and Katya's offer of help illustrates the importance of support in your life. It may reflect your reliance on others to help you navigate challenges, but also suggests that you may feel let down or unsupported at times.
Unexpected Costs: The exorbitant ticket price (140,000€) serves as a symbol of unexpected burdens or sacrifices you might feel are required to reach your goals. This could suggest feelings of overwhelm regarding responsibilities or pressures you are facing in your waking life.
Exploring Alternatives: Your last thoughts about checking for a flight to Porto or considering a bus indicate a desire to explore different pathways or solutions when faced with obstacles. This can signify your adaptability and willingness to find alternative routes in life rather than giving up.
Emotional Response: Crying in the dream might reflect deep-seated anxieties or frustrations about your current situation. It could be a warning sign to address these emotions rather than letting them build up.
In summary, your dream may convey feelings of being unprepared for challenges, the burden of expectations or responsibilities, reliance on support, and the importance of exploring alternative paths when faced with obstacles. Reflecting on current situations in your life that resonate with these themes could offer further insight.
